Simon worked as a barrister in Sydney before emigrating to the UK in 1999 where he has worked as a commercial employment solicitor. Collingridge Employment Law was founded in 2014.
Simon brings a broad range of experience to the work he does for clients. He advises businesses over many sectors by providing practical advice with day to day employment law matters. This is directed at HR managers, boards of trustees, directors, individuals and business owners.

Rhian is from the Stroud Valleys and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She then gained corporate and commercial legal experience before working in business management.

Nicky has over thirteen years' experience in employment law, including eight years as an associate solicitor at Bevan Brittan in Bristol. She has a broad range of experience in defending public and private sector employers in employment tribunals and advising on day-to-day employee relations, including disability in the workplace and negotiated exits. Nicky also has expertise in TUPE transfers and restructuring and redundancy. She takes a pragmatic approach to supporting our clients.
Nicky writes employment law articles for law firms and is a freelance author for XpertHR's employment law manual.

Annie is an employee relations consultant, and CEDR accredited mediator with over 25 years’ experience in business who works independently of CEL.
When clients need a specialist facilitator to help to maintain relationships within the workplace, we call on Annie’s expertise to assist with resolving employee disputes and management issues, as well as team and individual development.
