About Us

Simon Collingridge

Simon worked as a barrister in Sydney before emigrating to the UK in 1999 where he has worked as a commercial employment solicitor. Collingridge Employment Law was founded in 2014.

Simon brings a broad range of experience to the work he does for clients. He advises businesses over many sectors by providing practical advice with day to day employment law matters. This is directed at HR managers, boards of trustees, directors, individuals and business owners.

Support includes advising on exit strategies, TUPE, redundancy & restructuring, executive severance, internal disciplinaries & grievances, workplace consultation, managing sickness absence & performance issues, disputes, drafting contracts & policies, Employment Tribunal litigation, terminations and settlement negotiations.

Collingridge Employment Law is not a law firm and only specialises in employment law. The company works closely with professionals in other disciplines and so a suitable referral will be made if clients or contacts need other types of advice.
